Midland - Otta Culpepper, 90, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1999. Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. today in Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon. Arrangements are by Ellis Funeral Home of Midland. Mrs. Culpepper was born in Winters. In 1940 she married Charlie Elkins. Her second marriage was in 1987 to Raymond Culpepper. She was preceded in death by both husbands and in 1994 by a son, James "Hoss" Inman. Survivors include a son, Jerre Inman of Abilene; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.1
