1830 Census1 Jun 1830 Louzettie was probably a free white female, under age 5, in David Culpepper of Macon Co., AL's household, on the 1830 Census at Muscogee Co., Georgia. Unaccounted for are 1 Female 0-5, 1 Female 5-10, 1 Male 10-15 and 1 Male 30-40 (who is probably the father of the children).2 
Marriage*23 May 1844 She married William H. Pickren at Muscogee Co., Georgia, on 23 May 1844.1 
Married Name23 May 1844  As of 23 May 1844, her married name was Pickren. 
Biography* Louzettie is listed as a daughter of David, because he was the only son of Christopher who was old enough to have had a daughter who was married by 1844, as was Louzettie. Also, the 1830 Muscogee census shows that David had a daughter born before 1825.

Biography* From Louzettie Pickren's Civil War pension applications we learn the following: William H. Pickren and Louzettie Culpepper were married on May 23, 1844. William was in Company B, 31st Regiment, Georgia Volunteers, during the Civil War, having enlisted in April 1, 1861. He died of Camp Fever at Camp Phillips (on the Beailieu Plantation) near Savannah, GA on April 26, 1862.
